- eye Smart Communications Service (“eye3 Service”) is provided by us, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited. eye3 Service is available only to certain areas and residential buildings and the provision of which is subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit eye website at www.hkt-eye.com. Customers must successfully subscribe to, install and continuously use the designated eye3 Service continuously for at least 24 months (“Commitment Period”) in order to get one Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 10.4” LTE (“eye3 Device”) as loyalty gift. Customers may receive the relevant installation premium after installation of the eye3 Service, depending on which eye3 Service and which Residential Telephone Line Service (if applicable) the Customer has subscribed to. You may terminate your eye3 Service Contract by giving us not less than 30 days’ prior written notice via a designated form; but if you terminate the Contract or if the Contract is terminated due to your breach of any Contract terms during the commitment period, you will be liable to pay to us (i) an Early Termination Charge for your eye3 Service; (ii) HK$3,500 for the eye3 Device; (iii) the total recommended retail price of the installation premium that you have received (if applicable); and (iv) an Early Termination Charge for the free Optional Service (if applicable) you have chosen; and all offers and privileges under the eye3 Service will cease immediately from the date of termination. We may amend or terminate the eye3 Service contract at any time; but if it causes any material disadvantage to Customers, or if it results in an increase in the Customers’ monthly rates, Customers may terminate the eye3 Service without incurring any Early Termination Charge and cancellation charge. Most pre-installed application in eye3 Device are provided by third party providers. We reserve the right to change any pre-installed application of the eye3 Service without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this offer or its terms and conditions without any prior notice. Should any dispute arise, our decision shall be final. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- Samsung Electronics H.K. Co., Ltd. (“Samsung”) will provide the warranty service to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 10.4” LTE (including the device, battery and AC-DC power adaptor) of the owner. Samsung will provide free warranty service to the parts of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 10.4” LTE for the following specified period from the commencement date of the relevant service plan (“Warranty Period”) with production of a valid job completion note:
a) device and AC-DC power adaptor: 12 months warranty period
b) battery: 12 months warranty period
c) S Pen: 12 months warranty period

- The Company reserves the right to change the designated information service(s) and preinstalled applications as included in any individual specific eye Plan without any prior notice. Most preinstalled applications onto eye3 Device and Google Play services are provided by third parties. The company will not be liable for any claims, losses or damages arising from or in connection with any use of the application programs preloaded and/ or Google Play service (including but not limited to any damages to the eye3 Device). Enjoy internet service on eye3 Device (with minimum 1Mbps downstream bandwidth). Bandwidth specification refers to network specifications of the subscribed Services for the broadband line connected from the modem at your Premises to the first piece of network equipment or central office of the NETVIGATOR network. Bandwidth specifications correspond to a maximum dedicated downstream bandwidth of 6Mbps and a maximum dedicated upstream bandwidth of 640kbps. The actual speed you experience using the Services will be less than the network specifications and affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors. The Wi-Fi service provided by eye3 Smart Communications Service can only be used by eye3 Device in the installation address. The use of Wi-Fi service outside the installation address is not included.
- Residential Telephone Line Service and Deluxe Package B (comprises of Abbreviated Dialing, Additional Abbreviated Dialing, Appointment Service, Do-Not-Disturb, Caller Display, Call Waiting I, Local Call Transfer Conference8, Block-the-Blocker, Music on Hold and Follow Me.) can be used within the eye3 Smart Communications Service installation address only, whilst Wi-Fi connection with the designated broadband router can be established.
- Customer can receive and make app-to-app video calls to be made via the App on your eye Device to other user of the App on his / her smart mobile device, given both devices are equipped with video calling function. You may also receive app-to-app video calls on the App from other user of the App. Customer can also receive and make video calls to be made via the App on your eye Device to other another eye3 Smart Communications Service device or other designated higher model(s) of eye Device (“Designated eye Device”), and you may also receive video calls on the eye Telephone Number via the App from any Designated eye Device. There will be a mobile verification conducted before activating Voice Call and Video Call functions. The quality of video calls on the App is dependent on various factors (e.g. Internet connectivity), and as such, we do not in any way guarantee the quality of such video calls. - Unlimited free local SMS from eye3 Smart Communications Service to eye Series / Eligible mobile service customers of 1O1O / csl / SUN Mobile services. International SMS is only applicable to designated countries including Canada, England, China (eye3 Device cannot receive international SMS from China pre-paid phone card), Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, Macau and Philippines and is subject to additional charges.

1.Customer must successfully subscribe and install the dedicated eye3 Service for at least 24 months in order to get one designated installation premium for free. A redemption letter regarding installation premium will be sent to eligible customer within around four weeks after payment of the first eye3 Service bill. If customer terminate the Contract or if the Contract is terminated due to customer’s breach of any Contract terms during the commitment period, customer will be liable to pay to Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”) (i) an Early Termination Charge for the eye3 Service; (ii) HK$3,500 or HK$2,900 for the eye3 Device (depending on the eye3 device customer has chosen); (iii) the total recommended retail price of the installation premium that customer has received (if applicable); and (iv) an Early Termination Charge for the free Optional Service (if applicable) customer has chosen; and all offers and privileges under the eye3 Service will cease immediately from the date of termination.

The Kids A-Z offered is a student version for home use only, and is provided by a third party provider, Learning A-Z, which content may be subject to change from time to time with or without prior notice. The value of Kids A-Z is in reference to the suggested retail price of Raz-Kids and Reading A-Z through online subscription by Learning A-Z. The content is available in English only.
4.Now Player Junior (including Now Player Junior App) is operated by PCCW Media and certain content on Now Player Junior is provided by other third party providers subject to their terms and conditions.
