Complete and return our Autopay-Direct Debit Authorization Form / Credit Card Payment Direct Debit Authorization Form, and we'll take care of the rest.
Open a PPS account at any PPS terminal and you can settle your phone and other bills, 24 hours a day, via any touch-tone phone or the Internet (www.ppshk.com) or download “PPS on Mobile” app.
1) Please pay your bill by Octopus, EPS or Visa / Master Credit Card via Payment Kiosk in csl. shops
2) Please bring along this bill to 7-Eleven for cash payment
Other Payment Methods
You can also pay your phone bill through any ATM, by mailing a crossed check payable to “PCCW” with the payment stub to GPO Box 11253, Hong Kong or in person at any 7-Eleven.
