  1. Customer must successfully install and use the eye3 Smart Communications Service Plan (“eye Plan”) continuously for at least 24 months (“Commitment Period”) in order to get the eye3 device as a loyalty gift. Customer may get one additional installation premium. The installation premium, which varies according to the eye Plan such Customer subscribed to and the existing RTL Service Plan he/she subscribed to (if applicable). A redemption letter of installation premium will be sent to eligible customers by Hong Kong Telecommunications(HKT)Limited (“the Company”) four weeks upon the Customer paying the 1st bill of the eye Plan. If the Customer terminates the eye Plan or the eye Plan is terminated due to any breach of the terms and conditions by the Customer prior to the expiry of the Commitment Period, all offer privileges under the eye Plan will cease immediately from the date of such termination. In addition, the Customer must pay to the Company (i) HK$2,900 for the eye3 device; (ii) the listed price of the selected installation premium; and (iii) an Early Termination Charge of eye Plan (for an amount equal to the aggregate of the Monthly Rate within Commitment Period for the remaining period from termination up to expiry of the Commitment Period or HK$500, whichever is higher). If customer selected Clubpoints as the installation premium, Clubpoints in respect of the service will be cancelled automatically. Customer upgrading from RTL to eye Plan will no longer enjoy any existing RTL Service Plan offers from the commencement date of the eye Plan. Service under eye Plan can only be used via a successful Wi-Fi connection.
  2. Samsung Electronics H.K. Co., Ltd. (‘Samsung’) will provide the warranty service to the Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 10.1" Wi-Fi (including the device, battery and AC-DC power adaptor) of the owner. Samsung will provide free warranty service to the parts of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 10.1" Wi-Fi for the following specified period from the commencement date of the relevant service plan (“Warranty Period”) with production of a valid job completion note:
    • (a)
      device and AC-DC power adaptor: 12-month Warranty Period
    • (b)
      battery: 12 months

  3. The Company reserves the right to change the designated information service(s) and preinstalled applications as included in any individual specific eye Plan without any prior notice. Android applications pre-installed onto eye3 device and Google Play service are provided by third parties. The Company will not be liable for any claims, losses or damages arising from or in connection with any use of the application programs preloaded and/ or Google Play service (including but not limited to any damages to the eye3 device). Enjoy Internet service on eye3 Device (minimum 1Mbps downstream bandwidth). Bandwidth specification refers to network specifications of the subscribed Services for the broadband line connected from the modem at your Premises to the first piece of network equipment or central office of the NETVIGATOR network. Bandwidth specifications correspond to a maximum dedicated downstream bandwidth of 6Mbps and a maximum dedicated upstream bandwidth of 640kbps. The actual speed you experience using the Services will be less than the network specifications and affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors. The Wi-Fi service provided by eye3 Smart Communications Service can only be used by eye3 Device in the installation address. The use of Wi-Fi service outside the installation address is not included.
  4. Residential Telephone Line Service and Deluxe Package B (comprises of Abbreviated Dialing, Additional Abbreviated Dialing, Appointment Service, Do-Not-Disturb, Caller Display, Call Waiting I, Local Call Transfer Conference8, Block-the-Blocker, Music on Hold and Follow Me.) can be used within the eye3 Smart Communications Service installation address only, whilst Wi-Fi connection with the designated broadband router can be established.
  5. Customer can receive or make free local video calls from/to eye3 Smart Communications Service / eye Home Tablet Communication Package / eye Home Smartphone Package/ eye2 Communication Package / eye Multimedia Service (“eye Series”) / eligible mobile service subscribers of CSL Mobile Limited or SUN Mobile Limited (video call is applicable to designated network and mobile phone / device which support video call) during the Commitment Period. Eligible mobile service subscribers of CSL Mobile Limited (except CSL pre-paid SIM) or SUN Mobile Limited can also receive or make free local video calls from/to eye Series’ customers (until further notice). In addition, the Customer can receive/make local video calls from/to other mobile network(s) when there is an interconnection facility established with the relevant 3G mobile service operator(s) at a service charge of HK$2 per minute per video call received / made. Usage time is based on one minute per unit and will be rounded up to the nearest minute. Currently, the available mobile networks are networks provided by CSL Mobile Limited. Please call our hotline at 2888 0008 for further details regarding the definition of eligible mobile service subscribers of CSL Mobile Limited.
  6. Unlimited free local SMS from eye3 Smart Communications Service to eye Series / Eligible mobile service subscribers of CSL Mobile Limited or SUN Mobile Limited. The rate of sending each SMS from eye3 Smart Communications Service to other local mobile networks (except 1O1O / csl / SUN Mobile service networks) is HK$0.50 per SMS. The rate of sending each international SMS via eye3 Smart Communications Service is HK$1.50 per SMS. International SMS is only applicable to designated countries including Canada, England, China (eye3 device cannot receive international SMS from China pre-paid phone card), Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, Macau and Philippines and is subject to additional charges.
  7. Local Call Transfer Conference is applicable to parallel phone line only.
